Father, we thank You for our salvation that is found in no one else but Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven given to us whereby we can be saved. It is in the powerful name of Jesus that demons are cast down, sinners are set free from the shackles of sin, and the sick are made whole. It is in the name of Jesus that every knee will bow, those in heaven, and those on earth, and those under the earth to proclaim that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of the Father. We gratefully proclaim that Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior who has redeemed us through His shed blood that we might be forgiven our sins and be saved for all eternity.

A Prayer For Being A Spiritual Light
Father God, we are a chosen generation, a people set apart to show forth the praises of Christ who has called us out of darkness into Your marvelous light. Since You have illumined our darkness we will not conceal it, but rather shine forth wherever we are; in the marketplace, in our homes, in the business place, in the neighborhood, in the voting booth, in church and wherever we have opportunity to bring forth light in this world of darkness. We can make a difference and want to do so. We want to witness faithfully of the light of salvation through Jesus Christ our Lord in whose name we pray.

A Prayer For Sharing The Light Of Christ
Father, You didn’t command us to change the hearts of those walking in darkness, for only You can do that. But You did command that we let our light shine so that others will see Your work in our lives and glorify You, our Father in heaven. May the work of our hands and the words that flow from our lips be expressions of Your indwelling light that guides us day by day. We desire, along with multitudes of other believers, to be a sunbeam shattering the spreading darkness as we walk circumspectly in Your ways. In Jesus’ name we pray.

A Prayer For Those Enduring Fiery Trials
Father God, today I thank you for the blessings I share with my brothers and sisters in Christ all around the world. It’s great to be a part of the family of God, sharing redemption through your Son, Jesus Christ. I pray for my family right now asking You to be a very present help amongst the turmoil from these enduring fiery trials. We pray that many turn to you through this for you are the God of peace. We pray for our brothers and sisters enduring fiery trials whom we’ve never met and probably won’t on this side. But we have a spiritual kinship although our present lives are vastly different. Encourage and strengthen them today. May all who suffer find assurance from the prayers and interest of believers half way around the world. Finally we pray for all suffering through a fiery trial regardless of the nature. May they have eyes of hope and faith to see the glorious truth and “rejoice to the extent that you partake of Christ’s sufferings, that when His glory is revealed, you may also be glad with exceeding joy” In the mighty Name of Jesus. Amen
